I am a 28 year old single mother with 2 children. Recently, I've been depressed because of my medical bills, school loans, and credit card bills. I own my own home and can't refinance because my house is worth less than I owe.. I have no problem paying my mortgage but I got had to take some time off work because of 2 major surgeries I just had and used up the leftover money on my credit cards for food and bills. I'm desperate. I've tried Prosper.com but my credit score is just below 640. I wouldn't even mind paying someone back with interest in monthly payments. I currently need about $5000. My surgeries costed $700 each and I need additional surgery and my ENT won't even see me until I've paid the $1400 in full.
